Shadow vs Protoman by Strunton

Rush: Lone wolves. No matter how powerful the threat is, these type of characters don't need the help of others and would rather take care of things themselves.

Bolt: Like Shadow the Hedgehog, the Ultimate Lifeform.

Rush: And Proto Man, Dr. Light's first Robot Master.

Bolt: He's Rush and I'm Bolt.

Rush: And it's our job to analyze their armor, weapons, and skills to find out who would win a DEATH BATTLE!

Proto Man
AKA: DLN-000, Blues, Break Man
Height: 4' 4"
Weight: 230 lbs.
First Appearance: Mega Man 3
Theme:

Feats:

-Even his earliest version had greatly exceeded the expectations of Dr. Light, even if it was largely incomplete.
-After Proto Man had run away after learning about a defect in his core, he served as the base to perfect the creation of the housekeeping robots, Rock and Roll, the former of which became Mega Man.
-Trained Mega Man throughout the events of Mega Man 3 under the guise of Break Man, which led to a change of heart and forced him to rise against Wily.
-During the events of Super Adventure Rockman, Proto Man defeats either Bubble Man or Heat Man (Depending on the player's choice of path).
-Destroyed Dark Man's disguise, clearing his name after Dark Man framed/impersonated him the whole game.
-Helped Mega Man and Dr. Light escape Wily Castle by supporting some of the collapsing castle on his own.
-Provided Mega Man with the Energy Balancer upgrade.
-Briefly teamed up with Mega Man and Bass to take out the resurrected Robot Masters from Mega Man: The Power Battle.

-Guided Mega Man to Wily's new fortress and rescued Duo from it later on.

Physicality:

Strength
-Assisted Mega Man in lifting Wily's Castle (web.archive.org/web/2016021617…).
-Proto Man was capable of defeating Robot Masters from Mega Man 6 (As seen in the Arcade Games), who caused various island-sized explosions around the world (Seen in the intro to Mega Man 7) (web.archive.org/web/2016021617…).
-Has defeated Robots several times his own size, such as the Mad Grinder, Yellow Devil, Mecha-Dragon, Mega Mech Shark, Twin Devil, and Block Devil.
-Should be comparable to Guts Man, who is capable of lifting twenty tons on his own.
--Is capable or matching and defeating stronger opponents than him. Even as early as his first appearance, he could scale to city-level characters.
-Has consistently shown to be comparable to Mega Man, who could endure attacks from Duo and the Evil Energy, both of which took part in a crash that, at it's lowest, was capable of small planet level power crash against Jupiter. (web.archive.org/web/2016021703…)
-If need be, he can increase his strength with the Super Arm.
-In the OVA "Mega Man: Wish Upon a Star", Proto Man casually kicked away a small asteroid with a rocket jet at the end of it with enough force for it to explode upon contact with other similar meteors.
-Defeated two Dark Man units with a single attack.

1 by Strunton
Speed:
-Traveled from Earth to Pluto within a second, a feat that's quite easily massively-faster than light (web.archive.org/web/2016021617…).
-Scales to consistent massively-faster than light and faster than light feats, such as...
--Mega Man avoiding attacks from the Wily Star (web.archive.org/web/2016021703…).
--Duo's travel speed (web.archive.org/web/2016021703…).
--Mega Man's blatant FTL reactions after he avoids a beam of light.
--Scales from Bass/Super Bass, who took Tengu Man on a joy-ride into the clouds and dropped him, both within seconds.
-Can match Quick Man, who is stated to be faster than light.
-Can resist the pull of a small Black Hole.

1a by Strunton
Durability:
-Can endure Mega Man's strongest attacks, which are Planet Level.
-Survived being sliced in twain by King.
-Can tank attacks from Bomb Man's Hyper Bomb, which is known to destroy any kind of rock.
-Can endure Elec Man's Thunder Beam, which was designed to control energy usage at Nuclear Power Plants. Though there is no defined number for electric usage at power plants, they tend to average out at about 508-3,937 megawatts.
-Can endure Heat Man's Atomic Fire, which, at it's hottest, is 12,000 degrees Celsius (21,632 degrees Fahrenheit). That heat is 2.14 times the heat emitted by the surface of the Sun.
-Comparable to Mega Man, who endured a point-blank blast of Absolute Zero Ice from Cold Man.
-Can endure Ice Man's Ice Slasher, which freezes at nearly absolute zero temperatures (-200 degrees Celsius).
-Can endure Bubble Man's Bubble Lead, which is stated to be a Bubble made of pure Sulfuric Acid.
-Can endure various explosives from Napalm Man, who was powerful enough to destroy an entire weapons museum.

--... Though this may also put his opponent in a tricky situation.
-Has a massive fear of losing his personality. He will put himself into near-death situations to prevent such a thing from happening.
-Weapons have a finite supply of ammo. The stronger they are, the less ammo they tend to have.
-Shield has been destroyed before by Super Bass (In this instance, Mega Man was wielding it).

("It's always been on my mind...what it means to be born with weapons in our hands. I haven't found the answer yet, but with the powers you've given me, I will crush your villainy.")
The Blues brother takes on the Ultimate Lifeform. Will Proto Man's arsenal be enough to overpower Super Shadow, or will Shadow's power be too much for Proto to handle? Stay tune.

The music you used here was just pure gold!;)

As for the fight, I'm kinda torn: Protoman is physically superior at base, has better defense with his shield, and has a far greater array of weapons.

While on Shadow can keep up in physicality at base ( To a lesser extent but still )</l>, has FARRR greater hex, is a better H2H fighter,  can heal himself, and has 4 different superforms.

It all comes down to who can outlast the other honestly, and while I do love Protoman more then Shadow Dr.Lights first son is just much more likely to run out against Shadow then the other way around: Only one of them can heal damage done to them, only one of them has unlimited time hex, and certainly only one of them has a superform that restores them to peak condition at base form.

So as much as it pains me to say it, Protoman was left feeling blue after all of this!
